Frithjof Bluhm has been practicing yoga for about 25 years and has been a certified yoga instructor 700+ since 2011. He has been meditating since he was 14 and enjoys sharing his experiences in meditation sessions. Since 1998, he has practiced Vipassana meditation. He is also trained in Ayurvedic massages such as Abhyanga, Mukabhyanga, Padabhyanga, acupressure, or Reiki and is additionally a certified fasting course leader.
The trained fitness instructor Wiktoria Reichhardt has been accompanied by yoga in her life for over 15 years. Throughout her journey across Europe, she has gained a wealth of experience, which she is eager to share in her yoga classes.
Tobias Thiemann often encountered the regenerative powers of yoga during his sports career. Through a spiritual journey, he discovered that yoga is much more for him, and since then, not a day has gone by without him practicing yoga. He is passionate about sharing his knowledge of mental and physical fitness.
At the age of 15, Mandy Tonn had her first yoga experiences and knew then that yoga would play a significant role in her life. The trained teacher, who also masters oil massages and Reiki, guides her students gently yet demandingly through her yoga classes.
Rügen offers a variety of activities in nature, charming cafes and markets, cultural monuments, spa architecture, viewpoints, the national park at Königsstuhl, a treetop path with views across the island, boat tours, and much more. Active holidaymakers will find plenty to enjoy. Alternatively, relaxing in a beach chair by the sea after yoga sessions is an option. Guests may also choose to take advantage of the Ayurveda treatments, Reiki treatments, and healing massages.
The Baabe Beach Hotel with a total of 78 rooms is located just about 300 m from the beach, directly on the splendid central promenade of the seaside resort. Here, you can have a fabulous holiday and relax far from the daily routine. From the conservatory of the restaurant, you can watch locals and holidaymakers stroll to the Baltic Sea - with beach gear in tow - or wander among the many restaurants and small shops. You can choose from double rooms with or without a balcony. Double rooms can also be booked for single use.

The trip was very worthwhile. The hotel was great and the three yoga sessions were intense, but not overwhelming. The highlight was the last hour on the beach.
